3rd Edition of the Connect 2025 Forum

The third edition of this important forum, created by BIM and Locfund Next, was a resounding success this November in Panama City.

More than 140 inclusive finance leaders from 16 countries gathered to share experiences and best practices on regional trends, capital markets, digital innovation, and impact microfinance.

Over three days, we discussed key topics such as asset tokenization, AI applied to the sector, institutional strengthening, and strategies to improve the quality of life for end clients.

The event included an exclusive pre-event program for Locfund Next clients, panels with regional experts, and the presentation of the 2025 Connect Forum Awards.

Locfund Next and BIM extend their gratitude to all participants, and especially to:

Diamond Sponsors: Microserfin, FACES Microfinanzas, Banco Integral, IDH Microfinanciera, Fundenuse, S.A., Servicios Avanzados de Consultoría, S.A., and Fundación Espoir

Platinum Sponsors: Servicio Inclusivos S.A., Financiera FDL, Interactuar, SOFIPA, and FAFIDESS.

We also thank our strategic partners: the Panamanian Microfinance Network (REDPAMIF) and REDCAMIF – the Central American and Caribbean Microfinance Network.

The organizing team consisted of: Cesar Castillo, Carla Arenales, Zuleyma Hernandez, Valentina Prado, Marcia Gutierrez, Sergio Carrasco Estrada, and Marcos Leguizamon.
