BIM | Seminar: ALM Management in the current situation
In November, BIM organized the seminar “ALM Management in the current situation”, held in Santo Domingo, with the attendance of 75 industry representatives from Latin America and the Caribbean.
During the inauguration, Cesar Castillo, Director of Locfund Next, stated: “We are here to provide opportunities, because that is true inclusion”, thus ratifying one of the slogans of the entity’s work.
It was a great opportunity to share experiences and continue learning, this time about a topic of particular interest, such as assets and liabilities, from the voice of top-level experts, especially our guests: Diana Gallegos, from Insotec (Ecuador), Mercedes Canalda, from Banco Adopem (Dominican Republic), Paulo Rivas, from Contactar (Colombia) and Fidel Durán, from Banco Solidario (Ecuador).
Our thanks to BIO, Norfund, OeEB and DFC for financing this activity, which provided us with an exceptional opportunity to share knowledge, experiences and best practices among participants, allowing us to strengthen the potential of 52 institutions from 13 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean and thus supporting the economic and social development of the region.
