BIM | BIM participates in the Amazon Financial Network
BIM is pleased to participate in the Amazon Financial Network announced at the COP28 conference in Dubai. This innovative alliance seeks to generate a sustainable impact in the Amazon region, supporting projects that can expand access to financing and thus promote economic development, reducing poverty and inequality.
This network was created at the United Nations Conference on Climate Change (COP28) by BID Invest, a member of the Interamerican Development Bank, and IFC – International Finance Corporation, a member of the The World Bank.
BIM is proud to integrate this network and thus contribute to creating opportunities for micro, small, and medium-sized companies in the Amazon region. This initiative joins efforts of 24 financial institutions from 10 countries.
