Foro Connect 2026 Closure
On October 1st in Medellín, Colombia, we concluded an event that brought together over 100 leaders from microfinance institutions, investors, and partners from 14 countries across Latin America and the Caribbean, all united by a common goal: to continue building a more inclusive, resilient, and innovative sector.
We discussed the new economic landscape and industry growth, leadership across generations, a sense of belonging, artificial intelligence, and the value of strengthening every link within the ecosystem.
We also celebrated the first edition of the Premio Impulsa Connect, recognizing initiatives that are transforming lives through inclusive finance. Four of the award finalists attended in person, having traveled from their respective countries to be part of this significant recognition.
The Connect 2026 Forum concluded with a forward-looking perspective, exploring tools such as tokenization, which open up new opportunities to bridge the gap between investment and impact.
