LOCFUND carried out, since 2007, 73 technical assistance granted with TSF resources, thanks to donations from IDB / MIF, NORFUND, BIO and FMO. In consideration of the results achieved throughout these years, the preparation of this document was promoted, with the idea of capturing the experiences -positive and negative- that serve as guiding parameters for future technical assistance programs and thus generate greater value. aggregate, both for beneficiary institutions and final customers.
